With over two decades immersed in plant medicine ceremonies, I merge my roles as a Birth Doula, End-Of-Life Doula, Somatic Therapist and Movement Educator with a profound reverence for psilocybin’s transformative power.

Through the labyrinth of chronic pain and childhood trauma, I was blessedly unearthed by the implosive power of psilocybin, a sacred key that unlocked the gates to deep healing and inner awakening. My path has been one of beautiful discovery, where the mystical properties of psilocybin intertwine with the somatic realms of the body, offering a holistic approach to healing and growth.

At threshold points in our life we need to be with who we have been in order to make space for who we want and need to be.  We all suffer.  We all want and need love. We all need forgiveness.  We all desire freedom. What do you really want from this voyage and from life?

As a Mother, I infuse my practice with compassion, and a deep connection to the wisdom of the body. Love, in infinite waves guides my way.

My mission is to serve as a vessel of presence for healing, supporting others along the path of self-discovery and transformation. With an open heart and a reverence for the vastness of existence, I would be honored to be with you as you go deep and deeper in the voyage of your inner space.

All of you are welcome here,

Bern Haggard

Bern Haggard

Hello.

I have worked intentionally and extensively with Entheogens for over 25 years. During this time, I traveled to places such as Mongolia, Peru, Thailand, Mexico, Belize, and the the Amazon Jungle, where I participated in numerous and varied Hallucinogenic plant medicine circles and ceremonies. I intensely studied the different modalities and effects, or what I called “the download.”  I learned reverence the hard way early on, and the importance of thorough journey preparation. Then later, I realized the substantial benefits of consciously integrating these profound experiences into your life by recognizing and nurturing the healings, mental/emotional shifts, and the expanded awareness that often occurs.

In addition, I also mentored closely for multiple seasons helping a Peruvian Curandera facilitate Ayahuasca group circles, which are usually all night long and quite intense. It was this very potent work that gave me the essential experience of what it takes to hold space for someone in a grounded and compassionate way while they go deep within the psychedelic subconscious realms of themself.

Of all the many Entheogens I know, I feel Psilocybin has the greatest overall potential for healing, and is my favorite by far. I became licensed at the beginning of Oregon’s program and have been facilitating full time consistently since August 2023. My intention is always for clients to have the most beneficial Session possible, and I’m grateful to have received many 5 star google reviews. Please feel free to visit the testimonials page on my website: Bern Haggard – Licensed Facilitator

I vividly remember my first mushroom journey. It lifted the weights of depression, fear, and shame, replacing them with boundless love and a connection to the sacred web of life—forever changing the rhythm of my existence. Since that awakening, psilocybin has been a steadfast ally—an insightful healer, muse, and teacher. With gratitude for psilocybin and the indigenous traditions that preserve it, I strive to make this work accessible through sliding-scale pricing and scholarships.

Working with plant medicines for the last 30 years has become my way of life.  In 2023 I dedicated myself to help others safely explore altered states of consciousness.

My work in harm reduction at large events has allowed me to assist individuals navigating challenging journeys in chaotic environments.  These experiences have deepened my commitment to accessibility and the importance of intention, support, and proper setting when engaging with these powerful substances.

Drawing from my nursing background I bring empathy, attentiveness and a holistic approach to my practice. I take the time to understand your unique needs, offering personalized support, educational resources, and a nurturing space for your inner exploration. Whether co-creating a ceremonial setting or curating your ideal music playlist, I am here to help design a journey space that feels right for you.

Aftercare includes integration, where we’ll work together to process your experience and transform it into actionable steps towards building the life you desire. Lastly, I’ll provide resources and suggestions to support your ongoing growth.

Having navigated a life shaped by extreme adversity, I understand the depths of human suffering. My lived experiences have given me a personal understanding of the intricacies of LGBTQIA2S+, disabled, and neurodivergent identities. It is my honor to serve with authenticity, promote inclusivity and to empower you on your journey!

Outside this role, I find inspiration in adventure and creativity. Living rurally with my family and cherished animals, I embrace the rhythms of the land. My passions- beekeeping, glassblowing and scuba diving reflect my love for nature and alchemy. These passions mirror the values I bring to my facilitation work: connection, collaboration, and the courage to dive deep.

Facilitating these profoundly personal experiences is a privilege, and I approach every session with care and respect.  If you think we would be a good fit please reach out to me, I would be happy to speak with you!

A Little About Me:
At 47 with a 23 year old married son, a 25 year old daughter and being married for 25 years to the same supportive and nurturing woman, relationships are paramount! I feel incredibly fortunate that I discovered psilocybin’s healing potential over 30 years ago and have continued to use this medicine for personal growth and self-awareness.

I consider psilocybin a gift that helps us access inner healing by revealing and releasing whatever isn’t serving us and creating new pathways forward. A facilitated journey can provide a deep reset, clear out pain and confusion, and bring back hope and inspiration. I believe it allows us to connect deeply with our true selves underneath the suffering and stress and make the changes we wish to see.  I have worked with psychedelic plant medicines for most of my life and have seen how powerfully these experiences improve people’s lives. My empathetic approach, rooted in bridging indigenous traditions and psychology, allows me to create a sacred healing space where clients can explore their innermost selves.

I am passionate about empowering individuals to unlock their innate healing potential.

I serve my clients by meeting each person where they are at in their life and calibrating to their unique needs. I am a present, warm, loving, and experienced guide, and my role is to prepare and support my clients so they feel well-informed and excited to experience this wondrous journey. I am a founding facilitator at Satya Therapeutics and have guided over 150 clients since becoming licensed. I absolutely love this work and consider it an honor to be part of many people’s transformations and healing.

I am a mother, flower farmer, birth doula, and a psycho-spiritual life coach.  My passion is helping people realize that it is possible to heal and break free from whatever holds them back from living the life they want.  A guided psilocybin journey is a phenomenal experience that brings clarity and strength, and our integration afterward provides steps forward to continue healing.

I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies and am currently in graduate school at CIIS to become a licensed trauma-informed psychotherapist.
